The funny thing about Garrett is that nobody actually knows what he looks like, game designers apparently included - he looks totally different in every game and even in every cutscene. It doesn't seem to stop him from having fangirls

i think he should be darker...maybe darker hair or something. but like it! and even horse faced piss throwing all day sittin around and coffee drinking people with stubbles all over face, fang teeth and annoying parents have fangirls because they are so cool, so nothing should surprise you anymore

I love the face you gave him. all that I find a bit out of place is the earring. XD Makes him look like a pimp. But it's your interpretation and so it's fine.
